Drag files from windows explorer works

It seem that only the action toolbar that doesn't work. If I tries to drag the files from windows explorer to the body of the email, it works.
It the basic version of lotus notes client, I'm not yet tried with the standard version.
If nothing worked, I planning to down grade the version.
